It is a term and condition of a reader accessing and reading the LoveBeingSexy website (www.lovebeingsexy.co.uk) that LoveBeingSexy provides the material published on LoveBeingSexy on the basis that it disclaims all warranties in respect of the same whether express or implied. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Product Price Guarantee

We are committed to offering the best range of products to our customers at the very best price. If, within 7 days of your purchase, you find the same product (brand, model, size and colour) being offered online at a lower price we will refund you the difference plus 10%.

To claim against our Product Price Guarantee, email us via info@lovebeingsexy.co.uk and please provide the following information:

1. Your full name
2. Postal address
3. Email address
4. Order number
5. The product code of the item you found cheaper on a competitor’s site
6. The exact page on the competitors website where you found the product cheaper

After review and verification of your claim we will credit your account immediately.

Our Product Price Guarantee applies only to products available from UK online retailers and excludes auction sites and Amazon. The product must be in stock and immediately available on the competitor’s website. The policy excludes products which are sold under different terms and conditions (such as charging for delivery), sale items or prices that are only available to groups such as account holders and club members. The Product Price Guarantee only applies to products purchased at www.LoveBeingSexy.co.uk. The price match guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with discount codes purchased via Groupon or Wowcher. All Price Guarantee transactions are carried out at the discretion of LBS Trading and we reserve the right to withdraw this Product Price Guarantee at any time.

Price & Postage

Prices shown on this site include Value Added Tax (VAT), where and to the extent that VAT is required to be applied to the product under UK VAT law. Our standard delivery charge is £3.49. Faster delivery services are available for an extra charge. European and international postage charges apply and are extra unless offset by meeting stipulated minimum purchase requirements as detailed in Delivery and Shipping Information.

All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling. Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion.

Age of Consent

In order to place an order, you must be aged 18 years or over. In placing this order you confirm that you are aware of the age restrictions on these products and assert that you are old enough to purchase them.

The Contract between Us

After you have confirmed your order we will send an email to you summarising each order you have placed.

Once the payment for your order is confirmed, your order will be packaged and posted to you according to the delivery option that you have selected. In some instances we may decline to deliver parcels to PO Box addresses. We will contact you if we consider the PO address to be a problem.

No contract will exist between you and LoveBeingSexy for the sale of products by us to you until LoveBeingSexy has sent you an email confirming that your order has been despatched. This will be deemed to be our acceptance of your offer and to have been effectively communicated to you.

Price Increases

We reserve the right to increase prices without prior notification.

Pricing Errors

Although we make every effort to ensure the prices on the website are correct, mistakes may sometimes be made. If we discover a mistake in the price of the products you have ordered, we will tell you and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you or we receive no reply from you, we will cancel your order. If your order is cancelled and you have already paid for the products you will receive a full refund.

Seller Liability

The seller does not accept liability for shortages in quantities delivered unless the buyer notifies the seller of any claim of short delivery of the goods within two working days of delivery. In such circumstances the seller’s liability shall be restricted to making good the shortfall.

As part of our policy against fraud we may ask that any customers placing orders over £50 provide proof that the order is genuine. We may withhold despatching the order until the customer address has been confirmed or we have suitable proof that the order is genuine. If the customer is unable to confirm the address or provide suitable proof then a full refund will be issued.

Data Protection

We treat all your personal information as confidential. We comply with The UK Data Protection Act 1998. LoveBeingSexy will not share your personal contact information with any other company or third party.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable to you:-

• For any loss of profit, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, or indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the products you ordered which was not within our reasonable contemplation as a probable result of a breach of contract on our part at the time that our contract with you was concluded.
• Where performance of any obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by any circumstance or cause beyond our reasonable control.
• For business losses and/or losses to non consumer.

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner which does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this site by any third party. Such restriction or inhibition includes, without limitation, conduct which is unlawful, or which may harass or cause distress or inconvenience to any person and the transmission of obscene or offensive content or disruption of normal flow of dialogue within this site.
